At Muziris Spices, customer satisfaction is our priority.
1. Returns
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- The package is unopened and unused
Proof of purchase and product images may be required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
